Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 working days of receiving your order. During busy periods, including Ramadan, Eid, product launches and promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Where available, tracking information will also be provided.

Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates and begin after dispatch. Parcels may occasionally take longer because of courier delays, adverse weather or seasonal demand. Some remote UK postcodes may also require additional time.
Delivery Address
Please check that your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes once preparation or dispatch has begun.
Missed or Returned Parcels
Please follow the courier instructions if a delivery attempt is missed. If a parcel is returned because the address was incomplete or it was not collected, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional postage charges may apply.
Missing or Damaged Orders
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected period, or it reaches you damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Photographs may be requested so we can assist you promptly.
